Dianne Hentzen has been an integral part of the growth and retention of the members of FABWOMEN. By paying attention to all the details involved in making sure that existing members and new members feel welcomed and cared for.  Her creative ways on how to reach out to my members either with a phone call, a hand written note or a” just because” card ensures that they all feel valued.
